1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to Meta platform policies.

2. Acceptable use

You must not publish spam, hate speech, illegal content, or content that violates Meta's platform policies. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Credits

Posts consume credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Meta API outages are outside our control.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Hence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
