Credits

Unused credits purchased through UPI or a plan are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10% of the credits have been consumed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Subscription plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; no prorated refund is issued for the current billing period.
